Water: Chemical and Biological

Water is a critical element for the survival of the human race. Without clean water sickness and disease take place as seen in many parts of the world. Fortunately, developed countries have water treatment plants to provide clean water to their populations. Unfortunately, most of this water is sourced from surface water and as such is vulnerable to accident and terrorist attack.
Ground water is also a primary source and unfortunately being polluted from many sources not least of which is fracking with the reinfusion of fracking wastewater into the earth. These continuous real-time water monitoring instruments and systems continue to
lead the cause of water security globally. Naturally occurring radiation in the form of radon and radium also contribute to the radioactive contamination of water. Having the instrumentation for real-time continuous water monitoring at facilities for drinking water treatment and wastewater such as developed by US Nuclear Corp’s division Technical Associates provides security to the public and infrastructure.
